Cultivating Connection Through Cider
We are a multi-generational, family-owned craft cidery. We are dedicated to reviving the use of heirloom bittersweet varietals in our dry craft ciders and to highlighting produce from local farms. Our aim is to create and nurture meaningful relationships with our communities, use inventive recipes to accentuate unique flavor profiles and to collaborate with local businesses, farmers, educators and artisans alike.
Tour. Taste. Experience
Make memories that last beyond the glass! Our NEW guided tours and hands-on experiences are rooted in what we love most—cider, farming, apples, and the history that connects it all.
From exploring our cider production process and tasting from the barrel, to rolling up your sleeves for seasonal activities like apple pressing, and cider making 101, our offerings are designed to bring you closer to the land and the craft behind every glass.
Perfect for families, small groups, team outings, and curious cider lovers, each experience offers a unique opportunity to learn, taste, and connect.

Apple Donations
The Rodeo City Community Cider Project is a collaborative effort in partnership with our family foundation, fueled by community generosity and participation. The goal of this initiative is to strengthen community ties and support local nonprofits that provide invaluable services to Kittitas County.
Together, we turn local apples into meaningful support for 501(c)(3) organizations making a difference throughout Kittitas County.
With the help of our community we have been able to make contributions to Kittitas County Cattlewomen’s Association (2022), The Trellis Center (2023), Search and Rescue (2024), Menastash Grange (2025), and Valley Theatre Company (2026).
You can support the project by donating your surplus (healthy & good condition) apples. We also have an opportunity to purchase apples crate for donation during our annual Community Pressing Party held on the 3rd Saturday in September.
Thank you to everyone who helps make this project possible!
“Thanks for adding some wonderful memories to our amazing journey!”
