THE CIDER BARN

Our cider barn sits on a hillside overlooking rolling farmlands, with beautiful views of the Kittitas Valley and Stuart Range in the distance. The barn that once was bursting with farm tools, equipment, and parts has since been cleaned out and given a new purpose. The building is infused with bits and pieces of history, and outfitted with all of the fermentation essentials, drains, glycol tanks, a mill and press.

As you enter through the large barn doors, you will notice three large wheels have been repurposed into light fixtures and hung as a homage to the buildings former purpose and our familial ties to the innovation of linear moving irrigation, Wheel Lines.

A Normal Rockwell painting also hangs front and center and is a cheerful scene of men playing cards enjoying Schmidt Beer. The painting was commissioned as part of an ad campaign for Near Beer by Schmidt Brewing Co. during Prohibition and serves as a reminder of our heritage and the importance of perseverance and a good craft beverage!

Tastings

We believe imbibing is about exploration, education, and the experience.

Enjoy a relaxed tasting experience in our rural setting. Guests can explore our large selection of tree to bottle, small batch, dry, & off-dry sparkling hard ciders that highlight the unique flavor profiles of heirloom bittersweet and bittersharp apples. Our ciders are an innovative balance between modern craft and time-honored tradition, the end result is high quality, full body, crisp and complex ciders with elevated flavor profiles and unmatched freshness.

In addition to our extensive bottle menu, we offer two tasting flight options, each featuring four 4 oz pours. Choose the Linear Line-Up, a cider maker–curated flight that rotates monthly, or build your own flight to explore the ciders that interest you most. To complement your experience, we often offer a light bites menu with simple yet elevated snacks designed to pair perfectly with your sips.
