Small batch barrel aged ciders
This cider was made with Stayman-Winesap Apples. The cider was then split 50-50 into two types of oak barrels, American and French oak. They were then aged for approximately 6 months and blended together to create this off-dry cider. It presents with a hint of vanilla!
Our Haystack Haze is made with Gravenstein apples we procured from local Kittitas Valley farm just a few miles down the road from our production site, as well as Golden Russet Apples purchased from the Okanagon area. The cider was then aged in French Oak barrels for approximately 6 months. This cider is off-dry and has fruity notes!
Our Driveline Dry cider is primarily made with bittersweet apple juice and mimics a traditional English style dry cider. It is crisp, a bit tart and delicious. If you are looking for alternative drinking options, change out your champagne for our Driveline Dry and try a CiderMosa!
IPC Hopped Cider
Our IPC Hopped cider was crafted using juice from Pink Lady apples and then dry hopped using citra, mosaic, and cascade hops!
