We specialize in small batch, dry, & off-dry sparkling cider that highlights the unique flavor profile each individual apple brings to the bottle. We combine both traditional & modern techniques & philosophies when crafting our beverages.

Our flagship cider, Driveline Dry is a blend of Northwest grown Gravenstein and our own orchard grown Yarlington Mill apples. It is a light, crisp, and refreshing cider with underlying complexity. Expect notes of fresh pressed apple, citrus, and a subtle creaminess. | ABV 7

A blend of heirloom apples grown in our Orchard and steeped with hibiscus & rosehips. This cider brings a complex set of aromas such as bubblegum, blossoms and cranberry. A romantic salmon colored cider that is dry, with subtle carbonation with hints of raspberry, rose petals, and faint hints of citrus. | ABV 7.5

Single varietal cider made from Dabinnett apples. Well structured with aromas of apple peel, dried stone fruit, and faint traces of oak. A lasting tannic finish with a slight but pleasant bitterness. A beautiful showcase of what our bittersweet apples can bring to the complexity of a cider! | ABV 7.5

This cider displays complex aromas and flavors of apple skin, baked apples, turbinado sugar, and seasoned firewood. Engaging aromas and flavors, a medium body, and well-rounded tannins and acid bring balance to this cider. | ABV 7.6

**currently running low This Cherry Cider features Santina and Bing cherries from Cherry Baroness and a dessert apple blend. Co-fermented until off-dry, this is a playful, medium-bodied cider with light floral notes of clove and vanilla rose. Flavors include warm flavors of cherry and wood brought together with a long finish. | ABV 6.9

**Currently running low This hop cider is fermented from 100% Pink Lady apple to dryness. Post fermentation, it is dry hopped with a blend of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. This is a crisp, light-bodied cider with floral and apricot aromas and bold citrus flavors of grapefruit and lemon. | ABV 6.8

Made from the classic American cider apple, Hewes Virginian Crabapple, this cider displays tropical aromas, with rich flavors of Banana’s Foster, light lemon, and vanilla. The texture is silky with a lingering finish. | ABV 7.5

Our first-ever Pommeau is an aromatic blend of apple, orange blossom, and light cinnamon. Notes of warm oak, sweet apple, caramel, apple pie characteristics, toffee notes, lemon, and honey. Carry this velvety, yet tannic drink into a rich, spicy finish. | ABV 15

This bubbly blend of heritage apples is the perfect combination of childhood and adult sophistication. It has a nice, crisp flavor that will dance across your taste buds. | Non-alcoholic

Our Harrison Cider is a bright bouquet of baked apple spices, lemon meringue, and slight floral notes. Creamy, oaky, and lightly spritzed, it opens up into rich flavors of vanilla and herbal notes, concluding with a citrusy finish. | ABV 7

Golden and bright, this refreshing cider opens up into a lush bouquet of spices and and aged oak. Notes of vanilla, peach, and bourbon carry this smooth cider into a crisp, tart finish. | ABV 8

Our first ever pear cider is a delightful blend of Anjou and Perry pears. Floral aromas of ripe pear and sweetgrass shine, while the taste of honey carries this off-dry and fruit forward cider to a satisfying finish. | ABV 5.7

This cider features donated Kittitas County apples. While every year brings a slightly different flavor we find the results bring a dry but light-body that opens up into a bouquet of wild sweetgrass aromas with notes of honey and a citrusy finish. ABV 7.5
